We’re so proud of Dan for this well deserved award from the San Diego Building Industry Association. When California became the first lockdown state in March of 2020, with closures of non-essential businesses, there were no preset rules, plans, compliances or guidance for companies to connect and communicate with employees, customers and potential customers. Capstone’s Senior Art Director and web designer Dan Kitsmiller proactively assessed the transformation occurring in the marketplace and implemented changes across our client’s sites. Focus was shifted from in-person visits to online virtual tours and Zoom events. Websites were updated to reflect new safety protocols, revised hours of operation and current Covid19 policies per state mandates. Guidance and technical support to staff, clients and prospects was offered throughout the process to help ease the transition to an online-first approach to new home sales.
